How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thejewelsjar.com or via our website contact form, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Is your jewelry tarnish-resistant? Our gold-plated sterling silver jewelry is designed to last with proper care. To extend the life of your pieces, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place — ideally in the PVC pouch it arrives in — when not in use.
How should I care for my jewelry? To keep your pieces looking their best: remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising; apply perfumes and lotions before putting on your jewelry; gently wipe pieces clean with a soft, dry cloth after wearing; and store each piece separately to prevent scratching. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place — ideally in the PVC pouch it arrives in — when not in use.
Are your pieces suitable for sensitive skin? Our jewelry is made with sterling silver, which is generally well-tolerated. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have a known metal allergy, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before wearing gold-plated jewelry.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us to receive return authorization before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How do I start a return? Email us at hello@thejewelsjar.com with your order number in the subject line, or reach out via our website contact form. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Do you cover return shipping costs? Yes! We provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved returns, so there's no cost to you to send your item back.
What are my refund options? Once we receive and inspect your return, we offer a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item.
Can I return earrings? For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, if you're unsatisfied with an earring purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange for another item or store credit of equal value.
Are there any items I cannot return? Sale items and any items purchased at a discount or during a promotional event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are also ineligible for return.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry? Yes — all of our pieces come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.
How do I request a repair? Simply reach out to us at hello@thejewelsjar.com or via our contact form. We'll assess the issue and, if covered, provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the piece back to us. We'll handle the repair and ship it right back to you.
What is not covered by the warranty? The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or modifications made outside of our workshop.
