We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We currently ship within the United States only. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

We partner with a curated network of skilled manufacturers across Asia, each held to our highest quality standards. Every piece is thoughtfully designed in-house and undergoes rigorous quality checks before it reaches you.

The Jewels Jar was founded by Mamta Valrani in Dubai. Mamta is a certified gemologist with a background in both fine jewelry and fine art. Her trained eye and deep appreciation for craftsmanship are behind every piece in the collection. She personally ensures that each design meets the exacting standards she set from day one.

A gemologist is a trained professional who specializes in identifying, grading, and evaluating gemstones and diamonds. Mamta's formal training means she knows exactly what separates a brilliant stone from an ordinary one, from cut and clarity to the way light moves through it.

She applies that expertise at The Jewels Jar to hand-select stones that have the look and quality of fine jewelry, without the luxury markup. If a stone doesn't pass her eye, it doesn't make it into the collection.
